MAKE: easy DIY holiday garland
Sometimes the simplest and smallest details can add a finishing touch to a space. This DIY garland was just what the shelves in my kitchen needed this year.
When I recently spotted some garland craft kits at Joann’s on Black Friday, I paused. The wooden shapes were cute and with the sale that day, they were a steal.
The wood cutouts were the perfect little blank canvases. All they needed was a little paint and sparkle! It was a fun way to add some pastel colors to this area of our kitchen.
These shapes should remind you of my DIY unicorn snow filled ornaments that I showed you earlier this season. Don’t mind me, I’m just continuing the pastel theme here, mmkay?
It was pretty easy to make this garland. Honestly, the process here hardly needs a tutorial… but Rosyscription is a craft and lifestyle brand, so a made a brief video of my process. Hahaha!
Watch this week’s video to see how I created the garland (and check out my new haircut that I’m loving!):

These pastel carft projects have inspired the rest of my holiday decor this season. I have another project I hope show you soon and our home tour! Stay tuned!
