My addiction to the Food Network includes the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten. That woman can cook and keep it simple, all at the same time! On top of that, I adore her black and white kitchen.
So, I am a convert to her method of cooking shrimp. Roasting shrimp is sooo easy. I buy shrimp that is peeled and deveined, per her suggestion. Sometimes I can find shrimp without tails, too, saving me one more step.
Be careful not to overcook and the little guys will turn out pink and perfect every time. This approach will work for countless recipes.
