Madigan made… a list of 15 ideas to add neon to your summer bag.
DIY decorated totes are fun summer craft projects for kids and adults. After jazzing up a couple of totes with you this week… I’m hoping you might be a little inspired to decorate your own tote bag this weekend.
And if you love neon as much as I do, maybe you feel like adding a little bright color to your bag, too!
For me, there are two basic ways you can incorporate electric colors into your bag: paint or ornamentation. I have a bunch of easy ideas to share with you today that may inspire you to GO NEON!
Option One: Paint a Bag Neon Colors.
This is easiest way to get your neon on. Grab a bottle of neon craft paint and get busy with stencils, stamps, stripes… whatever your heart desires!

Option Two: Add Neon Embellishments to Your Tote.
Instead of a big slap of neon paint on your bag… maybe you want to add just a little touch of bright color. Using neon embellishments… trim, zippers, lace, stitching… can take your summer bag up a notch!
