DWELL: with simple fall home décor ideas.
Every year I debate whether I should set out fall décor, then Halloween stuff or put it out altogether. Fortunately, by the time that debate is resolved in my head, it’s October and time to decorate for Halloween! Yay!
So, I thought I’d take you for a quick tour of our fall and Halloween home. I did not do a lot of decorating this year, but it was enough to make our home special for the season and our curious toddler.
I’m still working on our front porch area… but a fall wreath always starts things off on a good foot.
I set out our easy black and white ghost vases in our office/playroom.
Those vases coordinate with the clipboard ghost faces printables in the kitchen.
Which also coincides with some black and white Halloween decorations above our kitchen cart. (Including those easy polka dot pumpkins I decorated with my daughter!)
A few sparkly or gold foam pumpkins sprinkled about the house are an easy (toddler friendly) way to spread some autumn spirit.
Mums and copper are a classic outdoor pairing this time of year, right?
And, of course, my gold thumbtack pumpkins help light up any room in our home with their warm fall glow!
It is not much, but I love the mood these decorations add to our home! So, do you decorate much for fall? Do you pull out the Halloween stuff at the same time as general fall décor?
