MAKE: Vintage-inspired DIY glittered Christmas “light bulbs”.
I know. I’ know. Christmas crafts already in October?
Hear me out… there’s a reason I wanted to share this upcycled project with you now.
My co-workers know how much I love to make stuff. So, when I casually mentioned awhile back that I could make something fun out of old Bath and Body Works Wallflower fragrance refills, they save me a BUNCH of them. I think the shape of the containers looks like those vintage colored Christmas lights, don’t you?
And what do I do with all of these glass bulbs? I add glitter, of course!
Even with the help of several people saving them for me, it took some time to collect a bunch of these glass inserts. So, I’m showing you this project now so you can start to save your empties before the holidays.
This DIY holiday craft is so, so simple. Once you’ve collected a bunch of empty glass bulbs, watch my video below and learn how easy it is to create your own glittered vintage-looking holiday light bulbs!
All you need are some leftover/empty Bath & Body Works Wallflower fragrance refills, the supply list below and watch the video for how-to instructions.
